When you call the above number, please make sure to leave a message in order for us to return your call. Our system automatically filters out incoming calls from 'blocked' or 'private' number & only those displaying caller ID would go through. Whenever you leave a message, your phone number gets saved in our voice mail notification system by default. Therefore, instead of repeating your number, it would be more helpful if you provide your email address as an additional contact method. Although the goal is to respond to phone calls as soon as possible, please be aware that responses may also take up to two business days. For a faster response, please fill out the contact form here with ALL the requested details. That way we could respond via email at our earliest convenience, and avoid phone tag.
Please call your insurance company to find out what mental health services are covered, prior to scheduling your appointment. We cannot schedule appointments for someone other than yourself, unless the patient is a child, in which case, the request should come from a parent or a legal guardian. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be given access to our secure patient portal, containing electronic consent forms for you to complete. The provider will not be able to see you, if all the necessary documents are not completed prior to your appointment. For any emergencies, please contact the hotline numbers or the crisis intervention centers provided below under patient resources. |
